Emi Randall currently serves as the Senior Manager of Transit Planning and Mobility on Demand at Cincinnati Metro, where responsibilities include overseeing transit planning activities and developing the Short-Range Service Plan. Prior to this role, Emi was the Director of Economic Development for the City of Erlanger, focusing on the city's economic health and long-range strategies. Emi's background in planning includes positions such as Director of Planning & Zoning for Kenton County and Director of Building, Planning & Zoning for Colerain Township. Emi has also worked as a Sr. Planner at the OKI Regional Council of Governments, where recognition included the 2014 Employee of the Year Award. With a Master of Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky, Emi brings extensive experience in urban planning and development.
