David Holt

David Holt currently serves as Comptroller for the City of Little Rock since June 2023. Prior to this role, David worked as Controller at The Haybar Group from May 2021 to June 2023, and held the position of Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Westrock Coffee Company from September 2009 to May 2021. David's career began as a Staff Accountant at Brown Rogers & Company from June 2006 to December 2008. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock obtained between 2009 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ouachita Baptist University, completed in 2006.
