Monica Perry

Monica Perry has extensive experience in medical claims processing and customer service, currently serving as an Appeals Coordinator and Claims Analyst at Southwest Service Administrators, Inc. since May 2015. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Disability Specialist, focusing on customer service and short-term disability. From September 2011 to May 2015, Monica was a Credentialing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Physicians Physical Therapy Service. Earlier in their career, Monica held the position of Operations Specialist/Mentor at Desert Schools Federal Credit Union from March 1997 to March 2009. Monica holds a degree in General Studies from Glendale Community College, attended from 2011 to 2013, and graduated from Glendale High School in 1992.
