Monica Perry has extensive experience in medical claims processing and customer service, currently serving as an Appeals Coordinator and Claims Analyst at Southwest Service Administrators, Inc. since May 2015. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Disability Specialist, focusing on customer service and short-term disability. Southwest Service Administrators was created in 1995 as an independent Third Party Administrator (“TPA”) to provide unique and specialized services to labor-management, Taft-Hartley Trust Funds.
