The Human Resources and Safety team at Southwest Shipyard is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensuring workplace safety standards. They develop and implement health and safety policies, conduct training sessions, and oversee compliance with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment across all four shipyards.
