Dave Wells

Dave Wells is an experienced professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and logistics. Currently serving as a CNC Programmer at Southwest Steel since January 2017, Dave works with Voortman V808 and Voortman V304 machines. Simultaneously, Dave has held the position of Shipping Manager at Southwest Steel/SME since December 2009, where responsibilities include scheduling deliveries to construction job sites and coordinating with trucking companies and field crews while adhering to DOT laws. Previously, from January 2003 to December 2009, Dave was a Machine Shop Supervisor at Swift Motorcycle, focusing on part design in CAD and generating CNC machine code. Dave's career began at Superior Industries from 1996 to 2001 in a solution maintenance role. Education was completed at Apollo High School.
