Ben Boyce, APR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ben began their career in 1995 as a Staff Writer for Poway Corridor News and later worked as a Communications Coordinator for Encinitas Chamber of Commerce and as an Outreach Coordinator for Downtown Encinitas Mainstreet Association. In 2003, they joined Laer Pearce & Associates PR as a Senior Vice President, a position they held for over 10 years. From 2006 to 2011, they served as a Director for the Public Relations Society of America, Orange County chapter. Ben also worked as a Member of the 2010 Economic Forecast Conference Committee at Orange County Business Council. In 2011, they took on the role of Director at Community Roots Academy Charter School, and served on the Board of Governors for Thrive Public Schools starting in 2014. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Vice President and Partner at Southwest Strategies, and served as a Board Member for San Diego County Taxpayers Association.
Ben Boyce, APR completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Journalism at the University of Arizona from 1997 to 2002. Ben then pursued further education by enrolling in the Public Relations Graduate Program at San Diego State University from 2002 to 2003.
