Rachel A.

Rachel A. has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rachel started their career as an Executive Assistant at Qualcomm Institute - UCSD Division of Calit2 in 2005. Rachel then worked as a Planning Technician at County of Tulare from 2007 to 2009. Rachel then joined County of Kings - California as a Regional Planner from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they became a Government Affairs Manager at the Office of Community & Economic Development at Fresno State from 2012 to 2013. Rachel then joined Southwest Strategies in 2014 and held various roles, including Senior Account Executive and Senior Manager/Manager of Public Affairs until 2017. Rachel then worked at Community Medical Centers as a Manager of Public Affairs from 2017 to 2018. Rachel returned to Southwest Strategies in 2018 and currently serves as a Director of Public Affairs. In August 2022, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director of Public Affairs.

Rachel A. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and French literature at UC San Diego from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at California State University, Fresno from 2007 to 2009. The field of study for their MPA is not provided.
