Chelsea Fleming, with a MPA and BA degree, has a vast amount of experience in the field of organ procurement and recovery. Chelsea worked as a Clinical Manager and Supervisor at Southwest Transplant Alliance, Organ Procurement Manager and Donor Management Coordinator III at Life Alliance Organ Recovery Agency, and held various coordinating positions at Southwest Transplant Alliance and LifeQuest Organ Recovery Services. Chelsea also completed EMTS education and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice and a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
