James Baird, Ph.D., currently serves as a Professor of Business at Southwest University at El Paso since February 2015 and as a Professor of Business and Statistics at Excelsior College since August 2012. Additionally, James Baird is the President of Baird Research and Consulting, which focuses on motivational speaking, training, investments, and business consulting, a role held since January 2001. Academically, James Baird earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Capella University between 2002 and 2006 and obtained an MBA in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2001.
