Jeff Farney

Jeff Farney has a strong work experience in the field of information technology. Jeff started their career at Accenture, where they served as an Associate Partner for 12 years. Following that, they worked at LyondellBasell Industries as the Department Head of Global Information Services for 6 years. After that, they joined Deloitte as an Information Technology Consultant for 2 years. Currently, Jeff holds the position of Senior Vice President Information Technology at Southwest Water Company, where they are responsible for various aspects of IT operations.

Jeff Farney obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin from 1983 to 1988. Jeff then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 1988 to 1990. In 2017, Jeff Farney attended the FBI Chief Information Security Officer Academy in Quantico, Virginia, earning a CISO Academy Certificate with a field of study focusing on the FBI's Private Sector Partnership on Cyber Security. Additionally, in 2016, they completed an Executive Education Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Managing Technical Professionals and Organizations.
