Oscar F. Hernandez ME, MEM is an experienced design and construction manager specializing in water and wastewater treatment projects. Currently with Nexus Water Group since April 2021, Oscar previously served as a senior water and wastewater project manager at Active Water Solutions, LLC, where expertise included designing decentralized treatment systems and implementing advanced technologies such as MBR and biofilm systems. Prior roles include engineering director at PREMSCO, senior water/wastewater engineer at DynCorp International, and senior W/WW project engineer at ERM, among others. Oscar's extensive background encompasses comprehensive project oversight and adherence to environmental regulations, alongside a solid educational foundation with a Master of Engineering in Management and Environmental Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnical University of Puerto Rico.
