Rita S. Carroll

Rita S. Carroll has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rita S. currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at John Carroll University. Prior to this, they worked at SouthWest Water Company as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Development, leading the integration of a merger between SouthWest Water and Corix. Rita S. also held roles as the Finance Director in Business Development and Project Director in Finance at the same company.

Rita S. Carroll was also a Board Member at Suburban Water Systems and a CFO Partner at Aventine Hill Partners, a consulting firm providing financial advisory and project services.

Before that, they worked at Chart Industries as the Vice-President of Corporate Development, where they created the Corporate Development function and participated in strategic direction and transactions. Rita S. was also at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they held positions in Business Development & Strategic Initiatives and as the Director of Corporate Business Development. In these roles, they led global, multi-functional teams through acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Earlier in their career, Rita S. Carroll served as a Director at The TransAction Group, where they executed strategic transactions on behalf of clients and established relationships with private equity groups and financing sources.

Rita S. Carroll has received an MBA in Finance from The University of Akron and a BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University.
