Genesis Lastrella-Quicho

Genesis Lastrella-Quicho is a seasoned professional in career services and experiential learning, currently serving as the STEM Experiential Learning Coordinator and Internship/Job Developer at Southwestern Community College District since February 2019. Genesis has a proven track record in developing job and internship opportunities, fostering relationships with faculty and businesses, and analyzing data to enhance student services. Previously, Genesis held various roles at Ashford University, including Career Services & Employer Outreach Manager, where team leadership and strategic planning were key responsibilities. Earlier experiences at The Art Institute of California - Los Angeles and Westwood College focused on connecting students with career opportunities and implementing development programs. Genesis holds a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University and an MA in Educational Leadership from Argosy University Los Angeles.
