Amy Donaldson

Amy Donaldson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales performance coaching, real estate, and training. Currently serving as a Certified Sales Performance and Leadership Coach at Southwestern Consulting since June 2020, Donaldson is also the owner of Amy D Coaching and an accomplished author and speaker. In addition to writing "Get Off The Cash Flow Roller Coaster," a guide for aspiring real estate agents, Donaldson has held significant roles as Principal Broker at rarebird real estate and as Director of Sales at Matin Real Estate. Prior to these positions, Donaldson was a Principal Broker and Mentor at Premiere Property Group, where support was provided to new brokers. Additionally, experience as an instructor at Superior Schools, Inc. involved teaching accelerated Broker Licensing classes, facilitating the entry of individuals into the real estate industry.
