Raksha Sukhia has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1998, they worked at Informa as the Editor-In-Chief for the Strategy & Organizational Capability Division. From there, they joined CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation in 1999, where they held multiple positions, including Sales Bid Team Senior Consultant/Business Analyst and Global Knowledge Management Services-Knowledge Management Specialist. In 2004, they became the Regional Head and held multiple leadership roles at CSC Asia Group.

In 2007, Raksha joined JMW Consultants as the Asia Lead in Singapore, where they worked with Fortune 500 and listed companies. Raksha Sukhia - CKM, CKEE, CIARP, ACC, PCC, also served as a Leadership Development Consultant and Transformation Coach, working on a three million dollar consulting contract for BP.

In 2010, Raksha became a Strategic Partner to Executive Leadership, specializing in business transformation, organizational performance improvement, leadership development, and business coaching. Raksha Sukhia - CKM, CKEE, CIARP, ACC, PCC, continued this role with different companies until 2015.

From 2014 to 2016, Raksha worked as the Director, Certified Sales Performance Enablement, Social Selling Coach/Consultant/Trainer at Southwestern Consulting. During their time there, they supported the roll-out of Southwestern Consulting's Sales Performance Practice.

In 2015, Raksha started their own business, Digital Entrepreneur Center Digital Marketing Consultancy, where they worked as a Digital Strategist and Business Enabler, coaching individuals and small enterprises in running their own digital marketing businesses.

In 2016, Raksha joined Build Business Results / Digital Entrepreneur Center as the SMB Business Development, Marketing and Sales Strategist. In this role, they provided marketing consultancy and implemented strategic approaches to help grow businesses.

Throughout their career, Raksha has accumulated valuable expertise in sales, marketing, digital strategy, leadership development, and business transformation.

Raksha Sukhia's education history includes obtaining an International Baccalaureate degree from the United World College of South East Asia in Singapore in 2000. Raksha Sukhia - CKM, CKEE, CIARP, ACC, PCC, then pursued a Master of Science degree in Social and Organizational Learning with a concentration in Knowledge Management and Change Management from George Mason University between 2000 and 2002. In 2003, Raksha Sukhia obtained the MCKM certification from the Knowledge Management Certification Board (KMCB). Raksha Sukhia - CKM, CKEE, CIARP, ACC, PCC, also achieved the Certified Knowledge Environment EngineerSM (CKEE) designation and the Certified Knowledge ManagerSM (CKM) designation from the KMCB in 2001. As for their undergraduate education, Raksha Sukhia completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and Business with a minor in Business Administration from Boston University from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a Certified Knowledge Management Trainer (CKMT) certification from the KMInstitute. In terms of additional certifications, Raksha Sukhia is a Certified Knowledge Manager from the KMCB, and they have a certification as a SWC Certified Sales Coach.
