Tommy Slater

Tommy Slater has been with Southwestern Electric Power Company (SWEPCO) since April 2018, initially serving as the Vice President - Generation Assets. Prior to that, Tommy held the same position at AEP - Public Service Company of Oklahoma from August 2016 to March 2018. Tommy's career at AEP - Southwestern Electric Power Company, which began in 2000, included roles such as Plant Manager at Welsh and Manager of Engineering Services. Tommy graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1976.
