John Moreno

John Moreno is a seasoned culinary instructor currently employed at the Bureau of Indian Education's Sherman Indian High School since September 2020. With a strong background in nutrition, John served as a nutritionist for the Coachella Valley Unified School District from September 2015 to June 2018 and as a K-12 nutrition consultant at SFE-Southwest Foodservice Excellence from June 2013 to June 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a dietary coordinator at Vista Cove at Rancho Mirage and director of food services at Imperial Heights Healthcare & Wellness Centre in 2012. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences from California State University San Bernardino.
