Demi Murphy-Rice

Demi Murphy-Rice has had extensive work experience in the field of interior design and home sales. Demi started their career in 1996 as the sole proprietor of Demi Murphy Design, before working as the Interior Design Director and Model Home Merchandiser at Engle Homes from 1998 to 2004. Demi then briefly served as the Design Center Director at Arthur Rutenberg Homes in 2005. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as the Interior Design Manager and New Home Sales Assistant at Garrison Partners. In 2010, they joined Cosentino North America where they worked in the Showroom Customer Service Department until 2013. Since then, Demi Murphy-Rice has been the Design Studio Director at Southwestern Design Studio.

Demi Murphy-Rice attended Seminole State College of Florida from 1995 to 1997, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Interior Design.
