Sarah Kirk

Sarah Kirk, PhD, currently serves as an ASCA-Certified Trainer for the American School Counselor Association and owns Yoga 4 Classrooms, focusing on whole child development through mindfulness. As an educational consultant for Counselor Kirk, LLC, Sarah builds a community of lifelong learners. Sarah's experience includes teaching various synchronous and asynchronous courses as an adjunct instructor at multiple universities, while previously holding the role of School Counselor Specialist at the Oklahoma State Department of Education, where significant contributions were made to school counseling frameworks and statewide initiatives. Sarah holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Capella University, an M.S. in Counseling Psychology, and a B.S. in Human Development and Family Science from Oklahoma State University.
