Erica Arnett, BhSc, MBA, currently serves as Program Manager at Southwestern Public Health since May 2018. Prior to this role, Erica held various positions at Elgin St Thomas Public Health from August 2005 to June 2018, including Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Acting School Health Manager, as well as Health Promoter. Erica's career in public health began at Huron County Health Unit, where responsibilities included the role of Public Health Promoter from September 2002 to August 2005. Erica's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Western University.

Southwestern Public Health works together with its partners to ensure the health of the whole community. Formed in 2018 by the merger of Elgin St. Thomas Public Health and Oxford County Public Health, Southwestern Public Health serves a population of about 200,000 across Oxford County, Elgin County and the City of St. Thomas.
