Pam Duchene

Pam Duchene has a strong background in healthcare administration and nursing leadership. Pam most recently served as Vice President for Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center since December 2019. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Education and Training at Harmony Healthcare International (HHI) from September 2017 to December 2019. From September 2014 to September 2017, Pam held the position of Vice President Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Hallmark Health System, Inc. Pam also served as the Vice President Patient Care Services at St. Joseph Hospital from 1999 to 2014.

Pam Duchene has a PhD in Nursing from RUSH University and a post-graduate certificate in Geriatric/Adult Nurse Practitioner from UMass Boston.
