Ronald has worked at several reputable companies including Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, Hollingsworth & Vose, Glens Falls Hospital, New York State Department of Health, GE Power, and GE.

At Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, Ronald served as the Administrative Director for Facilities, Engineering, and Security, where they collaborated with various teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the health system.

During their time at Hollingsworth & Vose, Ronald held multiple positions including the Center of Excellence - Energy Leader, Operations Manager, and Maintenance and Engineering Manager.
