Currently serving as President & CEO at Southwind Building Products since January 2023, Drew has previously held significant leadership positions including Vice President of Hard Surface Product & Category Management at Shaw Industries from July 2008 to January 2023, and President at Zickgraf Hardwood Flooring Co. from January 2004 to July 2008. Additionally, Drew's background includes roles as Vice President of Sales and General Manager for the Hardwood Division at Armstrong World Industries, National Sales Manager at Triangle Pacific Corp, and various managerial positions at Hartco Flooring Company. Drew holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Alabama.
