Jennifer Castania

Jennifer Castania has extensive experience in human resources and consulting roles. Jennifer founded their own HR consulting firm, Castania, HR Consulting, in 2014, where they worked until 2016. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Human Resources for Southwind Foods / Great American Seafood Imports Co. starting in 2016. Before that, they held the same position at 99 Cents Only Stores from 1995 to 2013. Jennifer also founded Legaleyes, Paralegal Services in 1990 and worked there until 1995.

Jennifer Castania attended UCLA Extension from 2002 to 2004, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they completed a certification in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Barclay College in Lawndale, California from 1988 to 1990.
