Chelsey Stillwell

Chelsey Stillwell, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and operational management, currently serving as the People and Culture Project Manager at Southwire Company since January 2016. In this role, Chelsey has managed employee reporting, improved employee retention through strategic onboarding, and coordinated various employee engagement events and incentive programs. Prior to Southwire, Chelsey worked as a Graduate Assistant of Business Operations and Intern of Event Services at the University of West Georgia, providing oversight to guest services, managing social media and event documentation, and assisting in financial tracking. Chelsey holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia, along with a Bachelor of Education in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
