Diana Ledbetter

Diana Ledbetter, MBA, SPHR has over 12 years of experience in the field of human resources. Diana started their career in 2008 as an Assistant Manager at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia. In 2013, they joined Southwire Company as a Director, Human Resources Business Partner and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in November 2020. Their expertise lies in driving HR strategies, managing HR operations, and developing strong business partnerships.

Diana Ledbetter holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Auburn University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Master's of Art degree in Sociology from the University of West Georgia between 2004 and 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Diana has obtained certifications such as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in 2019 and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork in 2014. Diana also holds certifications from Case Western Reserve University and Herrmann.
