Jonathan Neal

Jonathan Neal has extensive work experience in tax and finance roles. Jonathan is currently serving as the VP - Tax at Southwire Company since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at Joe Powell and Associates from September 2018 to July 2022. Jonathan also held various positions at Acuity Brands, including VP - Tax & Trade Compliance from October 2016 to September 2018 and VP - Tax from February 2011 to October 2016. Before that, they worked at Equifax as the VP - Income Tax from March 2009 to February 2011 and as the Sr. Director - Income Tax Accounting from May 2005 to March 2009. Jonathan also has experience as an Income Tax Manager at Mohawk Industries from September 2003 to May 2005. Jonathan started their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Tax Associate from May 2002 to September 2003 and at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Tax Associate/ Senior Tax Associate from July 1998 to May 2002.

Jonathan Neal completed their undergraduate education at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Accounting. Jonathan later pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Accountancy (Macc) degree with a specialization in Tax.
