Milton Ross

Milton Ross is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of HRBP Operations at Southwire Company since December 2020, Milton has previously held HR Manager positions at Sugar Foods Corporation and Thermo Pac, where responsibilities included overseeing HR disciplines for over 500 employees and managing HR policies, employee relations, and training. Additional experience includes roles at Ventura Foods, Turner Broadcasting System, MOBIS Georgia, and KIA Motors Manufacturing of Georgia, where Milton excelled in guiding leadership teams, managing employee relations, enforcing compliance with policies, and supporting organizational culture shifts.
