Robert Hughes

Robert Hughes has a diverse work experience in the field services operations and operations management sectors. Robert is currently serving as the Senior Director Field Services Operations at Southwire Company since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Novinium, Inc. where they held various positions including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Western Operations from 2015 to 2019. Before joining Novinium, Inc., they worked at UtilX Corporation where they held roles such as Director of Western Operations, Regional Operations Manager - Southwest, and Materials Manager from 2001 to 2015.

Robert Hughes completed their education history with an MBA in Environmental Management from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, studying from 1989 to 1992.
