Shannon McIntire

Shannon McIntire has over 15 years of experience in operations and manufacturing management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Manufacturing Manager at Southwire Company since January 2017. Previously, Shannon worked as Production/Manufacturing Manager at Southwire Coleman Cable, Inc. since March 2009, overseeing daily production, staffing, and cost efficiency. Earlier roles include Shipping and Receiving Manager and Wire Mill Scheduler at Coleman Cable, Inc., where responsibility included managing significant product shipments and scheduling wire machines to meet customer demands. Shannon holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
