Kevin O'Malley

Kevin O'Malley is an accomplished project executive with extensive experience in real estate development and acquisitions. Since July 2017, Kevin has served as the Project Executive for The Abaco Club on Winding Bay in The Bahamas at Southworth Development LLC. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Vice President at DHA Capital, LLC, focusing on acquisitions and development from October 2014 to July 2017. Kevin's earlier experience includes a comprehensive rotational training program in acquisitions, asset management, and corporate accounting at Boston Capital, as well as a commercial real estate internship at Legacy Real Estate Ventures. Kevin earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation and holds a degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting from Bentley University, complemented by a study abroad program at University College Dublin.
