Tom Southworth

Tom Southworth has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career as an Investment Research Intern at Commonwealth Financial Network in 2006. Tom then worked as a Student Manager of Operations at The Cambridge Queen's Head Pub, where they were responsible for overseeing operations and managing a 100-person staff. In 2010, they joined Needham & Company as an Analyst, and later became an Associate and Vice President. In this role, they managed sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, provided fairness opinions, and advised clients. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Southworth Development LLC as the Vice President of Development, overseeing projects and leading various initiatives. Later, they joined Blue Star Innovation Partners as a Partner for a year. In 2019, they took on two roles simultaneously as the President & COO at Southworth Development LLC and as an Investment Professional at Claridge.

Tom Southworth attended Harvard University from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Economics. Tom received their Bachelor of Arts (AB) in Economics upon completing their studies at the university.
