Trudy Thomas

Trudy Thomas has a vast and diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Trudy most recently served as the Corporate Director of Beverage and Beverage Experience at Southworth Development starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Corporate Director of Beverage at Red Pebbles Hospitality from July 2021 to November 2022. Trudy also worked for Gaylord Hotels as the Director of Beverage from October 2014 to July 2021. Trudy has held various leadership positions, including Corporate Director of Beverage at Rosebud Restaurants, Inc. and Corporate Beverage Director at Rosebud Restaurant Group. Additionally, Trudy has experience as the Director of Beverage at JW Marriott Camelback Inn and Manager/Beverage and Wine Director at Wolfgang Puck. Trudy'scareer has spanned two decades, showcasing their expertise and commitment in the beverage industry.

Trudy Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorder from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, Trudy has completed several certifications. In October 2018, they obtained the Certified Spirits Educator (CSE) certification from the Society of Wine Educators. More recently, in March 2020, they obtained certifications in various aspects of project management, including "Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, as well as "Initiating and Planning Projects," "Managing Project Risks and Changes," and "Project Management Budgeting and Scheduling Projects" from UC Irvine.
