Margarita Salazkova

Margarita Salazkova is an experienced professional in project finance and public-private partnerships (PPP) with a strong background in the infrastructure and transport sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Project Finance & PPP at Sovcombank since July 2019, Margarita has previously held the position of Director in Infrastructure Finance at Sberbank CIB, and Manager of Project Finance at the Eurasian Development Bank. Margarita's expertise includes project origination, structuring, execution, due diligence, negotiation, and overall project management, as well as monitoring financial investments and leading project teams. Earlier career experiences include roles at Bank VTB JSC, Strabag, and FINCA International, with educational qualifications from Sibirskij Gosudarstvennyj Universitet Putej Soobschenija.
