Rui Arantes

Rui Arantes has a strong background in manufacturing and operations management. Rui is currently working as the Plant Director at Sovena Group since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Foods Manufacturing Manager at Unilever from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for leading the operations of a knorr bouillon cubes factory in Europe.

Before Unilever, Rui worked at Gallo Worldwide from 2015 to 2021, where they held various roles including Manufacturing and R&D Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Production Manager. As the Manufacturing and R&D Manager, they led a team responsible for planning, production, engineering, and continuous improvement.
