Kevin Spencer

Kevin Spencer, CPA has a strong background in finance and accounting. Kevin started their career as a Tax Auditor at the State of New Jersey, Department of Treasury in 2004 before moving on to Citrin Cooperman, where they served as an Auditor and later as a Senior Auditor from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they joined TouchTunes Interactive Networks as an Accounting Manager, where they worked until 2014. Kevin then transitioned to Sovereign Brands, starting as a Controller in 2014 and eventually becoming the Director of Finance and Accounting in 2019.

Kevin Spencer, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Later, in 2006 and 2007, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Taxation at Saint Peter's University.
