Kevin Wheeler, P.G., LSRP

Kevin Wheeler, P.G., LSRP, has a comprehensive work experience in the environmental consulting field. Kevin started their career at Mercuri & Associates, Inc. where they worked as a Project Geologist from August 1991 to December 1992. After that, they joined Groundwater Technology Inc. and served as a Sr. Hydrogeologist / Project Manager from January 1993 to August 1997. During this time, they managed the Retail/Pipeline/Terminal (RPT) consulting program for three major petroleum clients in New Jersey, overseeing over 100 project sites. Kevin was responsible for managing site project managers and ensuring the development of appropriate remedial and regulatory strategies in compliance with state regulations.

From August 1997 to April 2003, Kevin worked as an Assoc. VP / Hydrogeology Group Manager at Resource Control Corp. In this role, they managed a group of geologists and was responsible for technical project support, pilot and feasibility testing, remediation system designs, and overall remediation services. Kevin also designed, constructed, and managed a fleet of mobile remediation systems.

In May 2003, Kevin joined Malcom Pirnie Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager/Remediation Specialist. Kevin held this position until September 2004, where they managed various remediation projects.

Since September 2004, Kevin has been working at Sovereign Consulting Inc. as a Program Manager / Technical and Strategy Director. In this role, they have provided leadership to project teams supporting a major oil client program and portfolio of projects. Kevin oversees and mentors project staff and managers in the development of technical approaches and regulatory strategies for sites. Kevin also serves as the Integrity Management and Engineering coordinator for Sovereign's client program.

Kevin Wheeler, P.G., LSRP obtained their Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Criminal Justice from Montgomery County Community College in 1989. Kevin continued their education at Temple University from 1989 to 1991, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences.
