Shea Lansberry

Shea Lansberry has a strong background in healthcare operations, with experience spanning over 20 years. Shea began their career as an Administrator at Webster Surgery Center in 2000 and worked there for 10 years. Shea then joined USPI as the Director of Operations from 2010 to 2012 before becoming the Regional Director of Operations at Surgical Care Affiliates from 2012 to 2014. Shea then worked at Sutter Health as the Director of Clinical Operations from 2014 to 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Northern California Regional Director of Operations at Surgery Partners, Inc. Shea is currently the Director of Operations at Sovereign Healthcare, a position they have held since 2023.

Shea Lansberry earned a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare from California State University - East Bay in 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the same university. Following this, they attended Merrit College and obtained a degree in Nursing, specializing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, from 2001 to 2003.
