Kathy Badger is a seasoned professional in claims management and analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Claims Performance & Analytics at Sovereign Insurance since March 2021. Kathy's extensive experience includes various roles at RSA, where positions ranged from Consultant to Manager of Claims Strategy & Analytics from July 2013 to March 2021, and earlier roles that included Global Claims Network Manager, Claims Analyst, Financial Analyst in both Corporate and Personal Insurance, Business Analyst in Personal Insurance, and Underwriter from May 2001 to July 2012. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Ryerson University.
