Richard Cottom

Richard D. Cottom, CPP, serves as the President and CEO of Sovereign Security LLC since November 2004. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Vice President of Public Safety at Drexel University from August 1996 to July 2004. Richard's career in safety and security began at the Community College of Philadelphia, where the title was Director of Safety & Security from 1991 to August 1996. Earlier in the career, Richard was an Account Manager at SpectaGuard (now Allied Barton Security) from 1986 to 1991.
