Jeff Labarge

Jeff Labarge is an advisor at Sovereign’s Capital and has over a decade of experience in the technology industry. Jeff has held positions at leading companies such as Flock Safety, Stripe, and Tule Technologies.

At Flock Safety, Jeff was the director of product and led the team that developed the Flock Camera, a device that helps customers learn about, purchase, and deploy cameras. Jeff was with the company for two years.

At Stripe, Jeff was the product manager of FX and helped Internet businesses operate in multiple currencies. Jeff was with the company for one year.

Jeff co-founded Tule Technologies, an agtech company that was profitable and raised money from Y Combinator, Khosla Ventures, and Bloomberg Beta Ventures. As CTO, they were responsible for the technical aspects of the company as well as business aspects such as fundraising, investor relations, accounting, and financials. Jeff was with the company for six years.

After Tule Technologies, Jeff founded FieldCheck, a software company that helps businesses manage their field operations. Jeff was with the company for one year.

Prior to their work in the technology industry, Jeff was a software engineer at Hewlett Packard for four months. Jeff also interned at Thomson Multimedia for four months.

Jeff Labarge attended Y Combinator in 2014 and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied computer science and engineering from 2006-2007 and 2001-2006 respectively.
