Prior to that, they were the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Southern Evangelical Seminary for 3 years and 11 months, catalyzing transformation to develop a sustainable future for this mission-true seminary leading the way in Christian apologetics.

Before that, Steve Hase was president of Abiding Enterprises (dba C12 Group) for 2 years and 8 months, where they challenged and sharpened business owners and CEO's through peer executive roundtables.

Before that, they were area chair of C12 Group - Greater Charlotte for 3 years and 7 months, challenging and encouraging business owners and executives to build great businesses for the greater purpose of expanding God's Kingdom.

Steve Hase was also the VP development of The C12 Group for 6 years and 8 months, where they led the recruitment and placement in new cities of C12 Area Chairs who pursue this high-impact, high-reward professional practice as their most exhilarating vocation. C12's CAGR exceeded 25% during their tenure.

Prior to that, they were executive vice president of Imagine Schools for 4 years and 7 months. Before that, they were vice president of Indianapolis Power & Light for 10 months.

Steve Hase began their career as a project director, division president of The AES Corporation, where they worked for 19 years and 3 months.

Steve Hase has a B.A. from Duke University in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities, and an MBA from The George Washington University - School of Business in Finance.
