Dustin Hindman

Dustin Hindman currently serves as Vice President of M&A Post-Merger Integration at Sovos, where Dustin leads global M&A efforts, focusing on pre-close planning and post-close integration. Previously, at PwC, Dustin held the position of Director in Deals Transformation with a specialization in post-merger integration. Dustin's experience includes serving as Principal in M&A at Point B, and as Co-Founder & CEO of Trunkist, an innovative company in the apparel industry. At Dell, Dustin worked in various roles, including Director of Finance for M&A Integration and Director of Customer Experience Transformation, where substantial improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved. Early career experience includes a Manager position at Accenture, focusing on the technology and communications industry. Dustin holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
