Freda Pepper

Freda Pepper currently serves as General Counsel for Unclaimed Property at Sovos since February 2022. Prior to this role, Freda was a Counsel at Reed Smith LLP from September 2016 to February 2022, specializing in unclaimed property issues and providing guidance on audit defense and voluntary disclosure for clients across various industries. Freda's earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at KEANE from 2009 to August 2016, where responsibilities involved compliance oversight in the unclaimed property sector for a leading company in the industry. Freda holds a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
