KATHLEEN SHEMWELL has extensive experience in compliance services within the unclaimed property sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Services Representative at Sovos since June 2014, KATHLEEN is responsible for managing new clients, state reports, and due diligence, while actively participating as a volunteer in the UPPO committee. Prior to this role, KATHLEEN worked at ETM as a Principal Compliance Services Representative from June 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included similar oversight of outsourcing operations. KATHLEEN's career began at Transamerica, where from June 1999 to June 2014, KATHLEEN handled corporate unclaimed property matters across various U.S. divisions, overseeing state reporting, due diligence, and training among other duties.
