Paula F. Staret

Paula F. Staret has extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors, currently serving as a Legal Assistant at Sovos since August 2020. Prior to this role, Staret worked at Keane from December 2007 to January 2021, holding various positions including Compliance Administrator, Contracts Administrator, Relationship Manager, Reporting Associate, Transfer Agent Liaison, Quality Control Supervisor, and Recovery Specialist. As a Compliance Administrator, Staret provided crucial support to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer in maintaining and delivering compliance tools for internal and client use while assisting with a company sale by organizing contracts. Staret holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft & Liberal Arts from New York University, earned between 1994 and 1998, and graduated with a diploma from the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in 1994.
