Marcheta Gillespie FNIGP, CPPO, NIGP-CPP, C.P.M, CPPB, CPM is a dynamic procurement executive and industry thought leader with over 25 years of professional experience in consulting and professional development services. Currently serving as President of NIGP Code & Consulting since 2021 and President of NIGP Code & Consulting at Periscope Holdings since January 2020, Marcheta also holds the position of Master Instructor at NIGP since 2008. As the Owner Principal of MG Procurement Consulting, LLC, Marcheta provides expertise in leadership, management, public procurement, organizational analysis, policy development, program development, and event management. Additional roles include Senior Consultant and Chair of the Talent Council at NIGP and past Chair of the Governing Board at the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council.
