Currently serving as a member of the Sower Legacy Farmland Fund Advisory Committee since September 2023 and as an Agricultural Advisory Committee Member at Sower Investment Partners since March 2022, Farrell leverages extensive expertise from their previous roles, including Partner and President at Farrell Growth Group, and President and CEO of Farmers National Company, where Jim C. managed over $9.2 billion in assets. Additionally, Farrell held significant positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, including Director, Vice Chairman, and Chairman. Their career began with self-employment in farming and real estate sales, following a BA in Journalism from Iowa State University.
