Patrick Saad has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Patrick started their career at RLP - Advertising Media Representative Group in 2004 as a Publishing & Design Manager, where they led publishing activities and managed a team of ten staff. In 2014, they joined Pictoram Magazine as a Production & Design Manager, focusing on conceptual design, research, and collaboration with printing establishments. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Hospitality Services SARL as a Webmaster / SEO & PPC Executive, responsible for maintaining websites and enhancing user experience and visibility. Currently, they are working at Sowlutions as the Lead Designer since 2020.

Patrick Saad's education history consists of two main degrees. Patrick first attended Haigazian University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Sciences. Following that, they enrolled at the American University of Science and Technology from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design.

In addition to their formal education, Patrick Saad has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include completing courses such as "Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts" and "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" from Coursera in May 2022 and August 2021, respectively. Patrick also obtained certifications in "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" from Coursera in August 2021, "Interaction Design for Usability" from The Interaction Design Foundation in March 2021, and "Web Design for Usability" from the Interaction Design Foundation in January 2021.

Moreover, Patrick Saad has obtained certifications in various fields outside of UX design, such as "Learning Personal Branding," "Growing Your Small Business with LinkedIn," and "Learning LinkedIn" from LinkedIn in November and October 2020. Patrick has also completed courses in "Yoast SEO for beginners" from Yoast.com in December 2019, "Digital Marketing" from Intoact in February 2018, "Corporate Image and Business Etiquette" from Starmanship & Associates in January 2018, "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google academy in December 2017, and "The 5 Choices to extraordinary productivity" from FranklinCovey in December 2017.

In terms of marketing and advertising, Patrick Saad has certifications in "CIM ACIM Member" from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in March 2021, "Google Ads Search" from Google in February 2020, "Keyword Research Course" from SEMrush in January 2020, and "SEO Fundamentals" from SEMrush in January 2020.
