Aya Ali

Aya Ali is a Managing Director at Sowt, with extensive experience in leadership, growth strategy, and business coaching. Known for compassion and resourcefulness, Aya has worked with various charities and international NGOs, addressing humanitarian issues such as child protection and education. Previous roles include serving as a Community Outreach Officer at Oxfam and a Communication Officer with the International Committee of the Red Cross, where Aya facilitated program implementation and stakeholder engagement. With a Master’s in Human Rights and Human Development from the University of Jordan and an MBA from Imperial College London, Aya is committed to enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering community development.
